Amid heat wave, MeT predicts rainfall till July 27 | KNO

Srinagar, July 24 (KNO) : Amid scorching heat, the weatherman here on Wednesday predicted light to moderate rainfall in Kashmir from this evening. The local MeT department told KNO that the light to moderate rainfall throughout the Valley would continue till next three days. Dy Director MeT Dr Mukhtar Ahmed told KNO that the light to moderate rainfall will occur throughout the Valley from this evening and will continue for next three days till July 27, 2019. The prediction comes amidst the scorching heat continued for the last two weeks here. He added that the Jammu region would also receive heavy rainfall till July 27 and would possibly put an end to the scorching hot weather conditions there as well.
